William "Refrigerator" Perry started the line up of fights taking on Marty Lyons. Lyons represented the New York Jets and Perry represented the Philadelphia Eagles. A big congratulation should be given to all the bouncers, bar tenders, and casino employee's who competed in the Toughman contest, the night before Tough Bowl II. The winner of the heavyweight division was the "Baby Maker", Mike Constantine. Constantine had only 2 hours of sleep the night before his competition. He watched his wife deliver a baby. The problem with boxing is in the matchmaking. Championship fights have been mismatched, causing a bad caliber of fights and not giving the people their monies worth. Fighters should be matched with someone of their same level". He concluded, "You won't find a dull super bantamweight or middleweight fight with our fighters."
